Dell + AMD = Dell with AMD

:) This post shows how the world has changed in these recent times. I'm linking to 3 news story's that show how companies see Linux differently nowadays. First there's Dell moving to Ubuntu 8.04 LTS in their Linux lineup, them AMD launches a Linux thermal driver for their Phenom CPU's, and last but no the least, since they are two companies that fully embraced Open Source now we have Dell offerring their Linux PC's with ATI graphic card's. What a beautiful moment :)

:) Este post mostra bem como o mundo mudou recentemente. Vou ligar para 3 noticias que mostram como as empresas vêm o Linux de forma diferente hoje em dia. Primeira é a Dell que passou a usar o Ubuntu 8.04 LTS nos seus computadores da linha Linux, depois a AMD que lançou um driver para a gestão térmica do seu CPU Phenom e por ultimo e como são duas empresas que abraçaram o Open Source temos agora a Dell a oferecer placas gráficas ATI na sua linha de hardware Linux. Que momento bonito :)
