SSD performance in Linux

Phoronix has some tests between HDD and SSD hard disks. The machine used is an Atom netbook (Samsung NC10) wich brings by default a Fujitsu HDD and then they used an OCZ Core Series v2 SSD to do the tests. These OCZ Core Series v2 SSD's aren't the state of the art in SSD technology but it's price is the most realistic. Some interesting results in there...
